  • Manage contract administration activities within North America, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standardized contract templates and approval workflows to streamline negotiations.
  • Maintain and monitor the contract repository; ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.
  • Serve as a central liaison with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, senior management) and external parties; maintain communication channels and relationships.
  • Monitor performance against contract terms; identify and resolve issues, breaches, or disputes; mitigate risks and advise on improvements.
  • Read and interpret contracts, correspond with contracting parties, and ensure all obligations are met.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales team on all commercial contracts.
  • Partner cross-functionally on supplier and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop contract-management procedures and train internal teams on best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred degree in a legal field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial contract management or legal operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract management concepts and principles.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Analyze complex data and situations with precision, applying strong negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contracts and proactively identifying risks.
  • Apply creative and strategic problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and optimize processes.
  • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and delivering results under pressure.
  • Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information to varied audiences.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and protect organizational interests.
