About the Role:

We’re looking for a  hands-on, motivated Screen Printing Assistant to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to  learn the craft of screen printing , work with high-quality equipment, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

You’ll assist in all aspects of production — from prepping and reclaiming screens to packing finished orders — and gain firsthand experience with the full screen-printing workflow.

  Growth Opportunity:

This role is designed for someone eager to grow. With time and dedication, the right person can advance into a  Press Operator ,  Production Coordinator , or  Operations Support position within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down screen printing jobs and preparing materials.
• Screen Reclaiming: Clean, reclaim, and prep screens for new production runs.
• Packing & Fulfillment: Pack garments accurately, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Garment Handling: Load and unload garments from presses, dryers, and folding stations.
• Inventory Support: Help organize inks, screens, garments, and supplies.
• Warehouse Support: Assist in lifting boxes, moving pallets, and keeping production areas tidy.
• Quality Control: Inspect garments during and after production to ensure consistency.
• Tech-Friendly Tasks: Use tablets or computers for job details, tracking, and production updates.
• Team Collaboration: Take direction well, ask questions, and work closely with our production and management teams.

Qualifications:

• Prior  screen printing experience preferred , but we’re open to training the right motivated candidate.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean workspace.
• Basic computer or tablet skills for tracking and communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn and take feedback.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a plus, but not required.
