About the Role
We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants to explore opportunities with premier fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and embryologists in state-of-the-art clinical environments focused on patient-centered fertility care and advanced treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, exams, and follow-up visits under physician supervision.
• Assist with fertility evaluations, cycle monitoring, and treatment coordination.
• Perform procedures such as ultrasounds, blood draws, and minor in-office interventions.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and pre-/post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA license in the U.S. or eligibility for licensure.
• 2+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
• A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
