Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Hospitality Co-op from May- December 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support corporate hospitality efforts for customer visits, Education Center events, and internal employee gatherings.

  • Assist with event logistics, room setup, and food service for business professionals and stakeholders.

  • Support corporate visitors and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Assist with the Greenheck Company Store, including processing orders, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Provide general support to the hospitality and events team for various business-related initiatives.

What you should have:

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor's or associate degree program, such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar field,.

  • On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to assist with multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support a professional and welcoming corporate environment.

In this role, you will contribute in a professional, corporate environment while gaining valuable experience in business operations and corporate culture. Learn how to prepare a customer visit, support training seminars from start to finish, and assist with the day-to-day duties in the Greenheck Company Store.

Compensation and Benefits:

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $19-24/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.

Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
