Your Role:
Must be proficient in boys cuts.
Provide quality haircuts and styling for kids (and occasionally parents)
Make each visit fun, engaging, and comfortable
Keep your station clean and kid-safe
Offer product suggestions and tips to parents
Help with basic scheduling and customer check-in when needed
You’ll Need:
A valid Virginia cosmetology or barber license
A love for working with children
Good communication and a friendly attitude
Weekend availability (we’re busiest then!)
A team mindset and professional work ethic
