**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for operating stand-up reach forklifts and trucks. Your duties will include utilizing an RF Scanner to pick and store various materials, staging materials for shipping, and loading and unloading trucks when necessary. Additionally, you will operate machinery to shrink-wrap pallets for shipment and assist in other areas as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate stand-up reach forklifts and trucks. + Utilize RF Scanner for picking and storing materials. + Stage materials for shipping. + Load and unload trucks. + Operate machinery to shrink wrap pallets for shipment. + Assist in other warehouse duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating a stand-up reach truck for at least 6 months. + Proficiency in using RF Scanners. + Experience in order picking and putaway. + Ability to palletize products. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts is advantageous. + Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety standards. **Why Work Here?** Our workplace offers a variety of medical options, including plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Work shifts include: 1st Shift from 6am-2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm, 3rd Shift from Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am, and a Weekend Shift from 6am-4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Overtime is available on Saturdays and during the week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
