Position Summary
The Director of Clinical Quality Improvement leads performance improvement initiatives across the hospital, utilizing data analytics, continuous improvement tools, and evidence-based strategies to drive excellence in patient care. The director works closely with senior leadership, physicians, and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement quality programs, and sustain long-term performance gains.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Health Care Administration, Operations Analysis, Clinical field, or related area)
Master’s degree preferred
3 years of professional experience in continuous improvement within a healthcare environment
Includes 1 year utilizing statistical methods and continuous improvement tools
3–5 years of leadership experience in an acute care facility
Must include at least 1 year working with senior management and physician leaders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance outcomes
