Responsibilities: As a Home Health CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the health, safety, and emotional needs of our clients. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active CNA Certification in Colorado
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and/or Reliable Transportation
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs
• Compassionate Nature and excellent communication skills
